About the role

  • Associate Manager supporting Enterprise Security Risk Management team, focusing on executive protection and threat management. Coordinating complex client matters with a strong emphasis on operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement coordination systems to manage the activities of team members and subcontractors and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with executive protection teams to plan and execute security measures for high-profile clients.
  • Monitor threat management processes, and coordinate responses to security incidents or potential risks.
  • Liaise with various departments to gather and disseminate critical information regarding client needs as they relate to operational requirements.
  • Organize and oversee the logistics of client-related projects, ensuring all moving parts are aligned and functioning optimally.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of operational procedures to adapt to the evolving needs of clients and the security landscape.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on the status of projects and initiatives to senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and a high level of performance among subcontractors and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations coordination, preferably within the security or executive protection industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on complex coordination, acute attention to detail and ability to forecast operational needs, issues and problems to best plan for success.
  • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and threat management principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations, oftentimes with little notice and potentially outside typical operational hours.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools for project management and coordination.
