About the role
- Associate Financial Analyst supporting forecasts, reconciliations, and finance-system implementation at LastPass, a secure-access software company. Partnering with HR, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and IT.
Responsibilities
- Support HR and Legal leaders with forecast updates, purchase and headcount approvals, and data reconciliations
- Assist departments with forecasting and reconciliation work
- Support implementation of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting software
- Work with Finance, Accounting, IT, and external partners to resolve issues and improve workflows
- Gather Finance stakeholder requirements and translate them into system specifications
- Validate data migrations, data mappings, and reporting outputs
- Document current-state and future-state financial processes
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve financial reporting efficiency
- Prepare presentation materials and assist with strategic and operational Finance projects
Requirements
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with working proficiency in Excel
- Proven experience using AI tools such as Claude and Copilot
- Understanding of SaaS and go-to-market metrics
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with the three financial statements and understanding how they connect
