About the role
- Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Financial Services Cloud at Leadex Systems. Building scalable solutions for a Fintech ecosystem and custom coding with a focus on Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
- Implement and customise Salesforce Financial Services Cloud features (Action Plans, Life Events, Financial Accounts, etc.).
- Build robust integrations with external banking systems and APIs (leveraging our internal MuleSoft expertise where applicable).
- Optimise system performance and ensure data security/compliance within the Fintech framework.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members to maintain high engineering standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud is a must.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce DX.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications (FSC Accredited Professional is a plus).
- Fluent English (C1 is required), with experience working in international, multicultural teams.
