About the role

  • SDR Team Lead coaching and developing sales representatives at Level Access, an accessibility software company. Improving outbound messaging, prospect conversion, pipeline performance, and team accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first line of management to a small team of Sales Development representatives
  • Provide real-time coaching on messaging, calls, emails, time management, and prioritization
  • Assist in onboarding and training new SDR hires through structured learning, shadowing, and skill-building sessions
  • Refine outbound messaging, talk tracks, and email templates
  • Monitor call quality, outreach execution, and messaging alignment
  • Assist the SDR Manager with performance insights during pipeline pursuit weeks
  • Track pacing toward activity expectations and target attainment
  • Identify strategic levers, persona targeting, channel mix, and sequence adjustments to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and RevOps to share team insights, source potential leads, and align on initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, high-performance team environment
  • Contact qualified prospects using a consultative sales approach
  • Conduct outbound calls, engage prospects, and develop them for closure by the Sales team
  • Document, track, and monitor leads and activities in Salesforce.com
  • Contact and schedule appointments with Account Executives in target verticals
  • Nurture longer-term prospects
  • Refine understanding of B2B sales concepts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SDR or BDR experience with consistent performance and demonstrated mastery of the role
  • Experience mentoring peers, leading trainings, or supporting team onboarding
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong time management skills; ability to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify skill gaps or performance opportunities quickly
  • Ability to drive a high performance culture and hold reps and yourself accountable for activity and performance goals
  • Desire to grow into leadership and contribute to team culture and performance
