About the role
- Freelance Medical Post-Editor refining translated medical documents for IQVIA. Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and coherence in clinical trial documentation with a focus on medical standards.
Responsibilities
- Translate, Post-edit and Review clinical trial documentation to ensure they adhere to the target language's medical and ethical standards
- Enhance the readability, accuracy, and coherence of scientific and medical materials without altering the original meaning
- Collaborate with translation teams to provide constructive feedback and suggest necessary corrections
- Stay updated with the latest terminology and advancements in the medical field to ensure translations are current and accurate
- Ensure all documents comply with applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in clinical translation/post-editing
- Native/Near Native fluency in the target language
- Fluency in the source language/s
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written communication skills
- A deep understanding of clinical terminology and concepts
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
