About the role

Responsibilities
- Actively prevent theft, fraud, and policy violations by maintaining a visible presence in-store
- Safely detain offenders following company and legal procedures
- Conduct detailed internal and external investigations and gather evidence
- Partner with store leadership to identify loss trends and implement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company standards and security policies

Requirements
- Valid Provincial Security Guard License
- Understanding of the Criminal Code of Canada and related legislation
- Experience with CCTV and surveillance tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous experience in grocery, pharmacy, or high-volume retail environments is an asset
