About the role

  • Website Experience Manager owning Loopio’s WordPress marketing website, CRO, and AI-enabled development. Improving web performance, experimentation, integrations, and conversion into pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Own the ongoing development, maintenance, performance, and evolution of Loopio's marketing website and related web properties
  • Translate growth, brand, product marketing, SEO, and campaign requirements into optimized web experiences
  • Maintain scalable website architecture enabling rapid marketing launches without sacrificing performance or consistency
  • Develop WordPress custom blocks using block.json, static and dynamic blocks, templates, patterns, and reusable components
  • Identify technical debt and recommend improvements to website development processes
  • Partner with the design team to translate Figma concepts into polished, responsive, production-ready experiences
  • Use AI coding agents for page development, debugging, refactoring, documentation, QA, and repetitive development work
  • Explore MCP servers, coding agents, automated testing, browser automation, and agent-based development workflows
  • Partner with Growth Marketing on CRO and website experimentation roadmap
  • Build and launch A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, navigation, CTAs, forms, page structure, messaging, and user journeys
  • Work with Marketing Operations on lead capture, enrichment, routing, attribution, tracking, and CRM handoffs
  • Own hosting and management of Loopio.com and associated website on a cloud hosting platform

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in web development, management, or a comparable role, ideally within B2B SaaS
  • Deep hands-on experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites
  • Experience with Gutenberg and modern WordPress block architecture, ideally including Full Site Editing
  • Experience with GSAP or comparable JavaScript animation libraries highly valued
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP; React experience highly valued
  • Strong understanding of responsive development, accessibility, browser compatibility, performance optimization, and technical SEO
  • Experience supporting website-to-CRM integrations across HubSpot and Salesforce, including form configuration, field mapping, lead routing, campaign tracking, attribution, and data capture
  • Experience with Git/GitHub branch-based development workflows
  • Demonstrated use of AI coding tools in day-to-day development
  • Advanced experience with Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, or comparable terminal-based AI development tools
  • Demonstrated experience running CRO experiments and A/B tests producing measurable improvements
  • Portfolio or relevant materials required in application
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
