About the role

  • Revenue Operations Coordinator managing Salesforce data, reporting, and CASL compliance for Canadian investment manager PICTON Investments. Supporting sales, marketing, and CRM operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and administration within Salesforce, supporting marketing insights, client information, and sales activities
  • Build and maintain standard Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales teams
  • Prepare clean, validated data for Revenue Operations executive and KPI reporting
  • Maintain and update CASL consents to ensure compliance
  • Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies
  • Escalate data model or reporting logic issues to CRM Engineering and senior team members
  • Support CRM user requests, including troubleshooting and access management
  • Document processes and maintain data standards
  • Provide occasional administrative support to Sales Support and Marketing
  • Partner cross-departmentally to keep client and prospect data accurate, compliant, and aligned with business goals

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or data support role, preferably in financial services
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
