About the role
- Product Manager shaping AI-enhanced email marketing tools at MailerLite. Driving product discovery, growth metrics, customer engagement, revenue growth, and churn reduction.
Responsibilities
- Create a clear strategy and roadmap for part of the customer journey
- Identify opportunities to use innovation and AI to enhance customer success
- Define, analyze, and optimize metrics for MailerLite growth
- Measure impact and report on progress
- Conduct product discovery and leverage data insights
- Explore AI-driven innovations to uncover product opportunities
- Conduct user research and articulate use cases
- Identify bottlenecks and translate insights into actionable development requirements
- Focus on user engagement, revenue growth, and churn reduction
- Collaborate with customers, development, design, SRE, customer support, and marketing
- Deliver impactful features and launch projects seamlessly
- Drive innovative product improvements that differentiate the product
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience working in a SaaS-focused company, with a track record of driving growth and optimization
- Understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery techniques and methods
- Experience implementing AI-powered features and integrating AI into product development processes
- Ability to think strategically about products and bridge business goals with product and technical considerations
- Strong analytical skills, including leveraging data and AI insights
- Ability to own the end-to-end idea-to-product process as a self-directed development team member
- Excellent product management skills, including prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with distributed cross-functional teams
- 4-hour overlap with the CET time zone
