Responsibilities
Les teneurs(euses) de livres sont responsables de l'implantation de nouveaux systèmes comptables et de l'exécution des activités comptables nécessaires à la production d'états financiers périodiques.
Les assignations varieront d'un client à l'autre, mais la plupart exigeront une excellente connaissance de la tenue de livres et une éthique irréprochable.
Les teneurs(euses) de livres embauchés pourront être assigné(e)s à deux clients ou plus, et doivent donc avoir un sens de l'organisation extrêmement poussé.
Requirements
Diplôme ou certificat en comptabilité, minimum de 3 ans d'expérience
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience, tenant lieu d'un certificat ou diplôme
Connaissance avancée d'au moins 1 parmi les suivants : Quickbooks, Sage Accounting, Dynacom, Fortune 1000, Advantages
Doit savoir comment monter un système comptable et l'adapter aux besoins d'un client
Connaissance avancée de : MS Excel
Solide connaissance des lois et règlements gouvernant les taxes
