Responsibilities
- Lead and administer IT Operations at MASV
- Analyze, develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices and then advocate for continuous improvement through automation and innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with company security standards and industry regulations
- Manage vendor relationships, IT-related budgets, expenses, and asset tracking aggressively to ensure that the company achieves spending targets
- Oversee the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT equipment
- Act as a catalyst for rapid growth to efficiently enable MASV’s current trajectory
Requirements
- Located in Canada, with a preference for the National Capital Region
- Proven experience in startup operations (this is not an entry-level role)
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
