About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting technical and corporate talent for Maya HTT’s engineering software business. Managing sourcing, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and internship coordination across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews, references, and offers
  • Source active and passive candidates for Engineering, Software, IT, Sales, and corporate positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand teams, hiring priorities, and required skills
  • Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, online research, and other sourcing channels
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams
  • Provide a professional, engaging, and positive candidate experience from first contact through hiring
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Support onboarding to help new employees have a smooth and positive start
  • Coordinate the internship program and develop relationships with universities and schools
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Use Ashby, a data-driven Applicant Tracking System, to streamline recruitment and automate administrative tasks
  • Recruit across Canada, the United States, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Communications, or another relevant field
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, coordination, customer service, sales, university relations, or another people-focused environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence interacting with candidates and hiring managers
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-ups
  • Curiosity and interest in learning about technical roles, people, and different areas of the business
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools and processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Experience with recruitment or an ATS is an asset, but not required
  • Authorization to work in the country where the job is located
