Responsibilities
Use data from diverse sources, including sales, marketing, finance and operations, as well as external sources such as industry trends and competitor activity.
Integrate internal and external data from multiple sources, including Power BI, CRM, Teams channels and market research reports, into consistent reports.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualizations to effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting across teams, maintaining a shared understanding of key performance indicators.
Identify trends, patterns and correlations in data to uncover growth and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
Contribute to the development of predictive models and forecasting techniques to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital, print and event channels to identify performance drivers and optimization opportunities.
Requirements
Master’s degree or MBA, with a specialization in analytics, competitive intelligence or data science.
More than three (3+) years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence or a similar role.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations, industry guidelines and market dynamics.
Knowledge of customer relationship management systems, market research tools and other data sources relevant to the organization’s business.
Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends and extract actionable insights.
Experience leading or managing projects involving data analysis, reporting and visualization.
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau and SQL.
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and market research methodologies.
Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business challenges.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel) required; Power BI and PowerPoint required.
Excellent communication skills; fluency in French and English (written and spoken) required.
