About the role

  • Field Electrical Technologist servicing electrical power systems and working alongside experienced technicians. Delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality field services to industrial and utility clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform field service work while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Provide technical support on-site by troubleshooting equipment, identifying issues, and assisting with problem resolution.
  • Support the planning and execution of projects by coordinating assigned tasks, equipment, and resources to meet client and company expectations.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior technicians and apprentices through day-to-day coaching and hands-on support.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in electrical testing, field service, or power systems maintenance
  • Working knowledge of power system testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting practices
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Technical diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering Technology, Power Systems Technology, or a related electrical discipline preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
