About the role
- CAD Engineer training and evaluating AI agents in real CAD environments. Designing engineering geometry and reference solutions for a global technology platform.
Responsibilities
- Train and evaluate AI agents working inside a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks
- Design part geometry
- Build reference solutions
- Judge AI agent attempts
- Work alongside CFD engineers who simulate the built geometry
Requirements
- A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional, hands-on CAD modelling
- Experience with CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo or similar
- An active professional CAD licence of your own (required)
- Experience preparing geometry for simulation (ANSYS or similar) is a strong plus
- Comfortable with Python and GitHub
- English at B2 level or above
- Availability of around 10–20 hours per week during active project phases
