- AWS Cloud Engineer optimizing Amazon Connect and enterprise cloud infrastructure for Miratech, a global IT services and consulting company. Automating operations, reliability, observability, and deployments across AWS platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance AWS infrastructure for Amazon Connect and related platform services
- Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Automate operational tasks using Python and AWS CLI
- Support incident response, root cause analysis, disaster recovery, and production readiness activities
- Build self-healing automation and operational runbooks
- Develop dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
- Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and release management activities
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve cloud scalability, security, and operational excellence
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, Route 53, S3, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, and DynamoDB
- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with Python, AWS CLI, PowerShell, or similar automation tools
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
- Experience supporting production environments, incident management, change management, and release management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
