About the role

Java Developer developing and improving cloud-based IVR applications for Miratech. Collaborating with project teams to ensure high-quality implementation and support in voice contact center systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain IVR applications based on business and technical requirements\n• Integrate IVR solutions with key internal services\n• Monitor IVR systems and implement operational improvements to enhance customer experience\n• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the voice contact center and IVR environments\n• Collaborate with project managers to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions\n• Work independently while supporting a regional business unit aligned with global objectives\n• Participate in forward-looking initiatives to improve call steering and IVR architecture\n• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

4+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Java\n• Strong Java programming skills in Java EE and Spring Boot / Spring Core\n• Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and design patterns\n• Experience working with SQL for application configuration and data-driven logic\n• Practical experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems\n• Hands-on experience with cloud platform engineering, preferably AWS\n• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes\n• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including production issue investigation\n• Effective communication and presentation skills\n• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment\n• Nice to Have: Understanding of voice contact center systems and IVR platforms\n• Experience developing IVR applications\n• Understanding of AI integration and LLM-based architectures\n• Familiarity with voice technologies and speech standards (VoiceXML, SRGS, MRCP, CCXML)
