About the role
- Java Full-Stack Developer building and maintaining wealth management applications. Collaborating with teams for designs, development, and software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive software design, architecture, and development at a detailed level
- Investigate active problems and build proactive solutions for long-term stability
- Plan, assign and track work within the development team
- Review code and establish rules and guidelines for developers
- Interact directly with business and operations staff, as well as IT partners
- Review and participate in the specification of business and technical requirements
- Review test plans and collaborate with QA and UAT teams to ensure proper testing
Requirements
- 3-5 years of expertise in Java EE design and programming
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Core Java and libraries like Guava, Lombok, SLF4J logging
- Knowledge of Java Unit Testing/Integration Testing libraries (Mockito, JUnit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of RDBMS databases, JDBC, and database access technologies
- Familiarity with App/Web servers (Weblogic, Apache/Tomcat, etc.)
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, Angular 5 and above)
- Working knowledge on Docker, Kubernetes, Ignite, and Artemis
- Experience with standard Java development tools (IDEs, build frameworks, source code control)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
