Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand
- Ensure operational excellence and an impeccable customer experience
- Contribute to sales growth and the achievement of sales targets
- Inform and train the team on key objectives and expectations
- Analyze KPI reports and coach the team to achieve performance metrics
- Ensure effective communication with the team and store management
- Deliver a positive brand experience to stakeholders
- Effectively balance administrative responsibilities with customer service
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Passion for coffee and sustainability
- Eagerness to expand knowledge of Nespresso coffees
- 2–3 years of experience managing a team in a high-volume retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
- Understanding of and hands-on experience with KPI management
- Effective time-management and strong analytical skills
- Ability to remain standing for an entire workday
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms
