Responsibilities
- Own a tech initiative and lead technical design activities

- Own initiatives end to end, from development to delivery and maintenance on cloud like AWS
- Experience transforming monolithic architectures
- Strong understanding of scaling, distributed architectures, caching, queuing, replications
- Define best practices, conduct code reviews
- Help the organization achieve objectives for becoming center of excellence in technology
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Backend - Master in Java
- Open to other backend technologies
- Passionate about technology - Java, MySql, Postgres, Cloud technologies (AWS/Google/Oracle)

- Hands-on and actively driving tech initiatives with individual contributors
