About the role

  • ServiceNow Elite partner architect designing and deploying IRM/GRC solutions for enterprise clients in Canada. Leading architecture, integrations, Agile sprints, technical oversight, and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain client solutions on the ServiceNow GRC platform
  • Assist with proposal development, engagement scoping, and enterprise GRC solution advisory
  • Develop roadmaps for broad or complex implementation projects
  • Define, design, and develop IRM/GRC solutions based on client requirements
  • Configure and code IRM/GRC solutions
  • Prepare requirements, design, and test plan documentation
  • Define and estimate sprints for Agile projects
  • Guide end users on using implemented solutions
  • Provide architecture, technical direction, subject matter expertise, and industry best practices
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub
  • Build reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to project team members
  • Lead sprints to build, review, and refine use-case functionality
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer
  • Develop training and knowledge-transfer documentation

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience working in professional services, GRC, and/or ServiceNow
  • Experience with ITSM, GRC, and security systems integrations and implementations
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with security and GRC technologies, such as ServiceNow and Archer
  • Ability to develop overall architecture and implementation plans for broad-scope or complex projects
  • Demonstrated experience with multiple implementation methodologies/SDLC
  • Exposure to ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), testing software, test-plan development, or regression testing
  • University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, Business Information Sciences, or another software programming/coding-related discipline, or equivalent experience
