About the role

Responsibilities
- Help structure the AI practice
- Contribute to defining the methodology, tools, governance and training needed to support our AI projects
- Help establish quality, security and ethics standards specific to the practice
- Actively participate in the AI guild to create a clear, lasting framework
- Train and develop the team
- Assess the current skills of developers and project managers
- Create a skills development plan (training, workshops, seminars, coaching)
- Foster a genuine internal AI and data culture and measure its progress
- Collaborate with client teams to identify opportunities where AI can deliver real value
- Participate in the development and integration of AI models into concrete solutions (data preparation, training, monitoring)
- Design demonstrators and proofs of concept that showcase AI’s impact on client challenges
- Support the business engineering team in evaluating AI opportunities
- Contribute to preparing grant applications and structuring AI commercial offerings
- Support go-to-market efforts by sharing your expertise and helping clients understand AI’s value
Requirements
- Relevant experience in artificial intelligence, data science or applied machine learning
- Good understanding of software development practices and management of technology projects
- Ability to simplify concepts, train and mobilize multidisciplinary teams
- Analytical, pragmatic and results-oriented mindset
- Influential leadership: you can drive projects forward without holding a direct managerial role
- Technological curiosity and scientific rigour
