About the role

Responsibilities

  • Help structure the AI practice
  • Contribute to defining the methodology, tools, governance and training needed to support our AI projects
  • Help establish quality, security and ethics standards specific to the practice
  • Actively participate in the AI guild to create a clear, lasting framework
  • Train and develop the team
  • Assess the current skills of developers and project managers
  • Create a skills development plan (training, workshops, seminars, coaching)
  • Foster a genuine internal AI and data culture and measure its progress
  • Collaborate with client teams to identify opportunities where AI can deliver real value
  • Participate in the development and integration of AI models into concrete solutions (data preparation, training, monitoring)
  • Design demonstrators and proofs of concept that showcase AI’s impact on client challenges
  • Support the business engineering team in evaluating AI opportunities
  • Contribute to preparing grant applications and structuring AI commercial offerings
  • Support go-to-market efforts by sharing your expertise and helping clients understand AI’s value

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in artificial intelligence, data science or applied machine learning
  • Good understanding of software development practices and management of technology projects
  • Ability to simplify concepts, train and mobilize multidisciplinary teams
  • Analytical, pragmatic and results-oriented mindset
  • Influential leadership: you can drive projects forward without holding a direct managerial role
  • Technological curiosity and scientific rigour
