Responsibilities
Develop actionable market intelligence by analyzing market trends, competitive dynamics, customer insights, and business performance data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic business decisions.
Research, identify, and maintain internal and external lead-generation sources, including industry reports, market intelligence platforms, public tender databases, analyst research, news sources, and third-party data providers.
Support lead-generation and go-to-market initiatives through market mapping, whitespace analysis, account prioritization, opportunity identification, and target market assessments.
Conduct prospecting and outreach activities with prospective customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to qualify leads and uncover new business opportunities.
Collaborate with regional sales teams, growth leaders, partner organizations, and cross-functional stakeholders to align market insights with commercial priorities and pipeline development objectives.
Maintain and enhance lead-management dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms, providing visibility into lead conversion, pipeline health, and business outcomes.
Support regional events, industry conferences, customer engagements, and partner forums by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and ensuring timely qualification and follow-up of prospects.
Track, measure, and report on lead-generation performance, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline development metrics, recommending actions to improve conversion rates and business impact.
Contribute to sales pipeline growth by transforming market intelligence into actionable recommendations, strategic account pursuits, and targeted business development initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5–8 years of experience in market intelligence, business development, sales operations, strategy, consulting, or related commercial functions.
