Responsibilities
Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team delivering customer success
Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to understand customer use cases and tuning solutions to meet client needs
Participating on internal projects to contribute to best practices, improving our methodology and quality of solution delivery
Partnering with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, high quality service and keep customers engaged
Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service delivery
Communicating with internal, external customers and partners to share information and deliverables
Requirements
5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field or its equivalent
Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry
Show understanding of working with network technologies, web security or media related technologies, methodologies and/or architectures
Demonstrate experience with internet protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and TLS/SSL
Demonstrate experience in delivering technical projects with an ability to manage multiple priorities
Have achieved or be interested in obtaining cyber security credentials such as Security+, SSCP, GSEC or others
