Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for customers

- Partner with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency and high-quality service

Requirements
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry
- Understanding of network technologies, web security or media-related technologies, methodologies and/or architectures
- Experience delivering technical projects and managing multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to engage, influence, and build trusted customer relationships in difficult environments
