- Acting as the security contact ensuring integration and support for Akamai customers. Leading technical services and fostering customer engagement and success teams.
Responsibilities
- You'll be the security contact, ensuring the integration and support of customers.
- Acting as a trusted consultant, you'll learn and implement creative solutions helping customers leverage Akamai's products.
- Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team delivering customer success.
- Partnering with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, high quality service and keep customers engaged.
- Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service delivery.
- Communicating with internal, external customers and partners to share information and deliverables.
Requirements
- Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
- Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry
- Show understanding of working with network technologies, web security or media related technologies, methodologies and/or architectures
- Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with customers in difficult environments
- Demonstrate experience in delivering technical projects with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Be a good team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast changing environment.
