About the role
- Mechanical engineer responsible for designing efficient ventilation systems at Norda Stelo. Collaborating with experienced engineers on various industrial projects.
Responsibilities
- Participate in gathering and analyzing the needs of industrial clients;
- Contribute to the design and analysis of ventilation and industrial dust collection systems;
- Select equipment and materials;
- Prepare drawings, specifications and technical reports;
- Conduct industrial site visits for surveys, project follow-ups and technical validations;
- Apply and promote best practices in occupational health and safety.
Requirements
- University degree in mechanical engineering (or nearing completion for a junior position);
- Good knowledge of fluid mechanics and mechanical systems;
- Strong interest in designing ventilation and industrial dust collection systems;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
- Familiarity with drawing software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks (an asset);
- Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
