About the role
- Senior Guidewire Developer supporting implementations and technical problem-solving in Guidewire environments. Collaborating with teams to deliver quality outcomes for clients across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Support clients on Guidewire projects involving configurations, integrations, migrations, and full implementations
- Perform hands-on development and technical problem-solving within Guidewire environments
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
- Coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore team members
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development within P&C insurance technology or consulting environments
- 5+ years hands-on Guidewire experience across one or more modules — PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, ContactManager, Digital Portals, or Guidewire Data Platform
- Guidewire Certification required; Ace certification highly desirable though applications from those with Specialist and/or Associate designations will still be considered, ideally aligned to recent platform versions (within latest 1-2 releases)
- Expertise in at least one of the following: configurations, integrations, or data and migration
