About the role

Technical Training Lead developing and delivering training for Nureva’s collaboration and audio/video products. Managing materials, global logistics, and effectiveness across internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Sales, Support, and Product Management teams to develop and execute a comprehensive technical training strategy aligned with business objectives
Manage and update existing training materials
Create engaging new training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses
Deliver effective training sessions to internal and external audiences
Lead global training program logistics and scheduling
Measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Stay up to date on industry trends and good practices

At least 5 years of experience in training development and delivery
A university degree or equivalent
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools
Technical proficiency with experience in audio/video conferencing and collaboration products (preferred)
Ability to work on a 12-month contract position
