About the role

Technical Solution Lead implementing enterprise SaaS solutions for life insurance companies. Translating business requirements into APIs, integrations, data mappings, and implementation-ready designs for clients.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary, day-to-day technical leader for one client implementation.
Facilitate technical discovery and solution design sessions with client stakeholders.
Partner with client architects, business analysts, and technology teams to define implementation approaches.
Review and approve agile stories produced by Business Analysts and Technical Business Analysts.
Decompose business requirements into implementation-ready user stories.
Define API integrations, data mappings, validation rules, and business processes.
Identify technical risks, assumptions, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle.
Produce solution documentation and implementation guidance.
Partner with the Project Delivery Lead to ensure solution readiness.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Business Analysts to refine requirements.
Support engineering teams by clarifying functional and technical requirements.
Escalate complex architectural decisions to Senior Architects while driving day-to-day solution definition.
Apply solution design standards and consult Senior Architects on established patterns.
Use AI-assisted tools to improve documentation, requirements decomposition, and solution quality.
Contribute lessons learned and reusable delivery assets to Sureify’s best practices.
Build client relationships, lead working sessions, solve technical challenges, define APIs and integrations, oversee data mappings, and ensure engineering teams can build successfully.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4–6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, technical business analysis, or solution architecture.
Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, data integration, and SQL.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Comfortable facilitating working sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience working in Agile software delivery environments.
Bachelor's degree.
