About the role

SQA Specialist for Riedel Communications ensuring software quality through validation tests and continuous improvement. Fostering diversity and inclusion in a pioneering technology environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to provide relevant feedback
Create detailed, clear, and well-structured test plans
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
Identify, document, and track bugs
Perform regression testing following bug fixes
Develop and apply test processes for new and existing products
Collaborate with internal teams (developers, product managers) to define prerequisites
Monitor and analyze debugging process results
Investigate root causes of non-conformities
Track and improve quality assurance performance metrics
Stay up to date on testing tools and strategies

Minimum 3 weeks of annual vacation
