About the role

  • Senior Manager, Revenue Operations owning HubSpot, forecasting, deal desk, and GTM analytics. Scaling revenue operations for Orchestry’s Microsoft 365 collaboration SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot administration end to end, including fields, pipelines, workflows, permissions, and user management
  • Own the customer lifecycle in the CRM from net-new lead through renewal and upsell
  • Maintain data quality and completeness across core CRM objects
  • Manage integrations and data flow across the GTM stack
  • Own marketing, sales, and customer-success technology, including evaluations, purchases, and deprecations
  • Build top-level KPI and full-funnel reporting and maintain self-serve leadership dashboards
  • Own recurring-revenue, pipeline, and forecast reporting and deliver a consolidated forecast to Finance
  • Support quarterly planning with pipeline-coverage and metrics targets
  • Design and maintain sales stages, exit criteria, and pipeline hygiene
  • Run the deal desk and enforce Finance approval thresholds for pricing, discounts, and non-standard terms
  • Flag revenue-recognition implications and manage closed-won handoff to billing
  • Route contracts with Finance and Legal
  • Build scalable automation, templates, lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation
  • Create documentation and training for owned systems
  • Communicate the GTM systems roadmap and project status
  • Evaluate new technology, especially AI, and make recommendations

Requirements

  • 6+ years in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops at a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep, hands-on HubSpot administration across the full platform
  • Experience cleaning, building, and scaling HubSpot for a growing business
  • Working knowledge of B2B SaaS KPIs
  • Working knowledge of purchase, quoting, and contracting processes
  • Direct, data-driven communication
  • Comfort pushing back on leadership
  • Transparency and accountability in status updates and systems ownership
  • Experience using AI to multiply productivity and insight; Claude preferred
  • Hands-on email and landing-page development, mostly HTML and CSS, is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus
