About the role

  • GTM Sales Engineer focusing on outbound campaigns and systems for a growing SaaS company. Collaborating across teams to streamline processes and enhance pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other formats using tools like Instantly, HeyReach, Clay, and Claude Code.
  • Partner with Sales to identify ICP segments, priority accounts, and messaging strategies that drive qualified pipeline.
  • Continuously test subject lines, sequencing logic, personalization depth, and channel mix to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage outbound deliverability fundamentals including domain setup, inbox rotation, and sender reputation.
  • Design and maintain scalable enrichment and targeting workflows in Clay (or other tools), including waterfall enrichment, integrations, routing logic, and structured table architecture.
  • Own data flow into HubSpot, ensuring accurate contact enrichment, lifecycle stage management, segmentation, and campaign attribution.
  • Integrate and optimize tooling across the GTM stack to eliminate manual work and reduce operational friction.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GPT workflows) to automate research, personalization, and repetitive outbound tasks while maintaining quality.
  • Build high-fit account and contact lists aligned to our ICP using structured targeting and enrichment workflows.
  • Improve CRM hygiene and data reliability to ensure Sales is working from clean, actionable intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to align campaigns with revenue targets.
  • Track campaign performance inside HubSpot and related tools; identify performance bottlenecks and iterate quickly.
  • Document processes and playbooks so outbound systems become repeatable and scalable across the team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a growth, outbound, RevOps, GTM, sales operations, or analytical role in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with modern outbound tools that could include Clay, Claude Code, Instantly, HeyReach, Apollo and others.
  • Deep understanding of modern outbound infrastructure including sequencing tools, deliverability best practices, inbox strategy, and LinkedIn automation.
  • Experience working in HubSpot with segmentation, lifecycle stages, and reporting.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outbound messaging.
  • Highly organized and execution-focused, with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong ownership mindset, you thrive in ambiguity and operate independently.
