• Build and manage a qualified, warm book of investor relationships
• Qualify investors, prepare briefing notes and follow up on live deals
• Hold regular first conversations with investors new to Pairs
• Shadow calls and write briefs as progression toward a senior role
• Book investor meetings between Pairs clients and investors
• Reach 70–150 investor relationships in the book after three months
• Book at least 10 investor meetings per week, with 20–30 considered strong
