About the role
- Software Engineer focused on enhancing the customer experience for Pantheon’s platform. Collaborating across departments to revamp customer onboarding and value delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Improve the end-to-end experience for new customers adopting the Pantheon platform
- Interface with almost every department on high priority initiatives
- Revamp how customers discover, evaluate, onboard and get value from our product
- Work on technologies like Python services and our GraphQL gateway
- Manage authentication and authorization systems using Auth0
- Utilize infrastructure managed with Terraform on Google Cloud
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of professional experience in software development
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, GoLang, or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Proven ability to independently solve problems and drive projects to completion
- Experience with authentication and authorization systems, including Auth0
