About the role
- Marketing Operations Associate executing personalized campaigns for PENN’s online gaming, sportsbook, and sports media platforms. Coordinating promotions, compliance documentation, reporting, testing, and cross-functional campaign operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, execute, and credit promotions and campaigns for all online gaming brands
- Assist with campaign performance reports and distribute them to relevant stakeholders and external partners
- Test promotional mechanics in the promotion engine and report on the end-to-end user journey
- Coordinate marketing campaign asset creation and dissemination across design and marketing execution teams
- Learn and use marketing technology tools, including JIRA and Back Office tools
- Communicate with customer support, legal/compliance, and product teams about marketing program logistics and execution
- Work with product and operations teams to facilitate in-app placement and surfacing of promotions
- Contribute to regulatory promotion approvals by developing terms and conditions documentation and aligning copy with state-level requirements
- Conduct competitive research on marketing programs, product capabilities, and the industry landscape
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in marketing, management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing and/or online gaming operations role
- Capability to work cross-functionally, including with virtual teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks constantly
- Self-starter
- Passionate and knowledgeable about North American online gaming
- Competent in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
