About the role

  • Marketing Operations Associate executing personalized campaigns for PENN’s online gaming, sportsbook, and sports media platforms. Coordinating promotions, compliance documentation, reporting, testing, and cross-functional campaign operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, execute, and credit promotions and campaigns for all online gaming brands
  • Assist with campaign performance reports and distribute them to relevant stakeholders and external partners
  • Test promotional mechanics in the promotion engine and report on the end-to-end user journey
  • Coordinate marketing campaign asset creation and dissemination across design and marketing execution teams
  • Learn and use marketing technology tools, including JIRA and Back Office tools
  • Communicate with customer support, legal/compliance, and product teams about marketing program logistics and execution
  • Work with product and operations teams to facilitate in-app placement and surfacing of promotions
  • Contribute to regulatory promotion approvals by developing terms and conditions documentation and aligning copy with state-level requirements
  • Conduct competitive research on marketing programs, product capabilities, and the industry landscape
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in marketing, management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing and/or online gaming operations role
  • Capability to work cross-functionally, including with virtual teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks constantly
  • Self-starter
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about North American online gaming
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
