About the role
- Advanced Analytics / AI Engineer developing Azure and MS Dynamics analytics solutions for PLATO, Canada’s Indigenous-owned software testing and technology services company. Applying machine learning and AI to improve operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced analytics solutions using MS Dynamics and Azure platforms
- Implement machine learning algorithms and AI models to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
- Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to integrate analytics solutions into existing systems and workflows
- Conduct data analysis and visualization to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain analytics solution performance, ensuring data integrity and security
- Track industry trends and emerging analytics and AI technologies
- Provide thought leadership to the organization
- Support development of best practices and standards for data analytics and AI deployment
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, or AI engineering
- Proficiency in MS Dynamics and Azure, with strong understanding of their analytics capabilities
- Experience with Python, R, or SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on complex projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Reliability or higher security clearance required at time of application
- Enhanced security clearance required for this position
