About the role

Backend Development Engineer developing Golang applications for loyalty program systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience for millions globally.

Responsibilities

Develop modern back-end applications using Golang that will reach millions of users around the world.
Assist with the development of new services for strategic clients, with some of the largest APIs in the loyalty space.
Share responsibility for your team’s technical health: architecture, best practices, reliability, security, etc.
Improve the developer and user experience through thoughtful design, rigorous testing, and clear documentation.
Ensure that our products meet the accessibility needs of our end-users.
Collaborate with project managers, relationship managers, product designers, analysts and other stakeholders
Play an important role in helping us to deliver high-quality products to our partners and customers

Exceptional communication skills
At least 3-5+ years experience building back-end systems and APIs
Production experience writing Go applications
Understanding and experience with design patterns and common software architectures
Desire to develop your skills across all levels of the technical stack
Belief in the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and communication
