- Data Scientist in the Office of the CIO, implementing models and analytics for investment strategies. Collaborating with Portfolio Managers and Analysts to enhance decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement investment models and signals
- Design and run backtests
- Support ECM and DCM initiative
- Drive OCIO efficiency through analytics
- Deliver ad-hoc investment analysis
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience working on models, signals, or analytical tools using financial data
- Proficient in Python and SQL
- Familiarity with historical simulations, factor analysis, or portfolio-level metrics is a plus
- Curious about markets and eager to learn through direct involvement in strategy implementation and performance outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based investment environment
- Able to explain analysis and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
