About the role

  • Senior Sales Enablement Manager scaling sales strategy, training, and content across Prenuvo’s whole-body healthcare sales channels. Building measurable enablement programs for consumer, physician, and enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies and best practices for discovery, product positioning, value articulation, objection handling, follow-up, negotiation, and closing
  • Adapt sales strategies across Direct-to-Consumer, Physician Partnerships, and Enterprise teams
  • Analyze won, lost, and stalled sales to improve performance
  • Turn successful selling behaviours into frameworks, talk tracks, playbooks, and coaching resources
  • Build and own Prenuvo’s sales enablement roadmap across all sales channels
  • Develop onboarding, training, coaching, certification, and reinforcement programs
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, coaching, and other enablement programs
  • Work with sales leaders and frontline reps through call listening, shadowing, and performance reviews
  • Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, discovery guides, objection-handling resources, competitive materials, case studies, and other sales content
  • Build a centralized source of truth for sales training and resources
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Clinical, Legal, Sales Operations, and subject-matter experts
  • Use sales enablement and AI-powered tools to improve access to information
  • Define enablement requirements for sales tools and support new processes or technology with training
  • Define measures of enablement effectiveness and interpret sales performance data
  • Test and iterate programs based on measurable changes in seller behaviour and performance
  • Share priorities, results, and recommendations with Sales Leadership
  • Prepare sellers for new products, campaigns, processes, and company initiatives
  • Translate complex or changing information into clear guidance for sales teams
  • Prioritize enablement needs across multiple audiences based on business impact

Requirements

  • At least 8-12 years of total relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of progressive, frontline sales experience
  • Demonstrated growth in responsibility, account complexity, channel scope, or seniority
  • Strong track record of sales performance and ability to explain successful strategies and behaviours
  • Experience selling across or supporting more than one sales audience or motion
  • Experience developing approaches to discovery, positioning, objection handling, follow-up, negotiation, and closing
  • Experience developing and delivering onboarding, training, coaching, and seller development programs
  • Strong understanding of targets, pipeline management, objections, and customer progression through a sales process
  • Experience using sales enablement, learning, content management, call intelligence, or AI-powered tools
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to move work from need through launch and iteration
  • Ability to learn complex products, audiences, and sales motions quickly
  • Hands-on working style and willingness to create content, deliver training, coach reps, and solve enablement challenges
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where programs and infrastructure are being built
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future)
