About the role

  • Professional Services Manager leading Prophix One finance planning and reporting implementations across North America. Managing consultants, delivery quality, client outcomes, and implementation portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Consultants and Solution Architects delivering Prophix One implementations across North America
  • Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of CPM/FP&A implementation and migration engagements
  • Oversee active projects, weekly status calls, project-plan progress, blockers, milestones, and delivery timelines
  • Drive consistent use of project planning and delivery management tools
  • Maintain delivery quality, margin, and client satisfaction metrics
  • Serve as senior escalation point for engagement risks, scope challenges, and client issues
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Solutions Architects on scoping, resourcing, and execution
  • Evolve delivery methodology, tooling, and process standards for the North American Professional Services organization
  • Hire, onboard, develop, and retain Professional Services consultants
  • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations
  • Coach team members on delivery quality, client communication, and technical problem-solving
  • Collaborate on capacity planning, resource allocation, and cross-regional alignment
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with CFOs, controllers, and FP&A leaders
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support on handoffs and client experience
  • Represent Professional Services in pre-sales conversations and provide delivery and scoping input

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years in a Professional Services or implementation delivery role within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • 2+ years managing or leading a team
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations on time and within scope
  • Experience overseeing concurrent implementations using structured planning tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, monday.com, or similar
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of ownership and ability to drive initiatives independently
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, streamline processes, or enhance delivery quality
  • Experience working with finance teams and familiarity with FP&A, budgeting, or consolidation processes
  • Based in the Greater Toronto Area and able to work in-office a minimum of two days a week
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally and hold a valid passport
  • Preferred: experience implementing CPM or FP&A platforms such as Prophix, Anaplan, OneStream, Adaptive, or TM1/Planning Analytics
  • Preferred: financial consolidation platform experience
  • Preferred: ERP data integration familiarity with SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or similar
  • Preferred: partner co-delivery experience
  • French proficiency is an asset
