About the role

  • Revenue Operations Analyst optimizing sales and marketing operations for Prophix’s financial performance platform. Analyzing funnels, attribution, pipeline health, and cross-functional process efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor monthly marketing performance leads, MQLs, and conversion rates across all channels
  • Map the full lead-to-revenue funnel and identify disproportionate stage drop-off
  • Assess which channels drive pipeline and revenue, not merely volume
  • Deliver monthly summaries explaining performance, causes, structural signals versus noise, and future monitoring
  • Facilitate cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth
  • Evaluate ICP fit across the funnel, including effects on deal size and win rate
  • Connect demand-generation trends to pipeline health and distinguish net-new pipeline from recycled or aged opportunities
  • Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor system activity and adherence to prescribed processes
  • Audit attribution and source-data integrity, identifying UTM or tracking gaps
  • Provide technical expertise and develop solutions based on technical and business requirements
  • Maintain communication with Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders
  • Assess cross-functional system impacts and recommend process optimizations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Analytics, Sales Operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated fluency with GTM metrics MQL / SQL / funnel stages, pipeline coverage, ARR
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) and marketing automation/attribution tools
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of effective cross-team collaboration
  • Meticulous organization and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Proactive problem-solving aptitude with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement
  • Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
  • Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
  • Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located
