• Own the sales process from qualified opportunity through discovery, solution development, proposal, negotiation and close
• Lead discovery conversations to understand the customer’s business model, audience, priorities and buying process
• Identify loyalty use cases and connect miles and points to specific business goals
• Run presentations, shape proposals, handle objections, negotiate commercial terms and secure agreements
• Agree clear next steps, involve decision-makers and follow up with purpose
• Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot, qualify opportunities and build accurate forecasts
• Use AI tools for research, meeting preparation, follow-up and pipeline insights
• Hand over customer objectives, agreed scope and commitments to Customer Success
• Share deal learnings and help improve the proposition and sales process
• Report directly to the Head of Partnerships

• Work with Account Managers and the Head of Partnerships to learn from funnel progression
• Focus on small and medium-sized businesses in the DACH region
