About the role

  • Sales Force System Administrator managing healthcare sales force systems at Reckitt. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system effectiveness and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Sales Force platform for web and iPad, ensuring performance, security, data integrity, and compliance
  • Lead system updates, upgrades, documentation, and change request management
  • Support Healthcare Sales Effectiveness initiatives, including the Call Planning Master Plan and tools used for yearly sales objective planning
  • Lead platform integrations and collaborate with analytics teams to improve automation, data flow, and system efficiency
  • Provide ongoing system support, resolve issues, and act as the primary contact and local champion for Sales Force users in Canada
  • Develop weekly/monthly call plans and KPI scorecards; support quarterly and annual reporting cycles
  • Serve as system lead for hospital and community support platforms as required
  • Lead system onboarding for new employees and ensure compliant and accurate call recording
  • Build strong partnerships across sales, marketing, finance, quality, hospital operations, and global teams to enhance business performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support and/or application support
  • Proven experience as a Life Science System Administrator or similar role
  • Experience with system updates, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms and integrated system environments
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Interest in data, reporting, and system analytics
  • Solid understanding of project management concepts, process flows, and sales force operations; healthcare sales operations experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to represent user needs and escalate issues appropriately
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to exercise sound judgment
  • Strong organizational ability to manage multiple priorities
