About the role
- Data & AI Lead building Regenified’s regenerative agriculture data platform. Developing Snowflake and dbt pipelines, integrations, analytics, and AI tools for food supply chains.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data models and pipelines in the data warehouse, currently Snowflake and dbt
- Run integrations connecting CRM, project management, field data, and remote sensing tools
- Bring new partner data sources onto the platform, including soil labs, remote sensing, and agricultural management data
- Own data quality across the platform and work with teams to resolve issues at the source
- Deliver analytics for leadership reporting, customer reporting, and data products
- Build and validate AI tools to reduce manual work in verification and operations delivery
- Work with platform users to understand challenges and shape appropriate solutions
- Lead delivery of the data platform and its pipelines, integrations, analytics, and AI tooling
Requirements
- 5+ years in data or analytics engineering
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Hands-on experience in Snowflake, dbt, or a similar stack
- Experience building API integrations
- Experience using LLMs to solve real business problems
- Ability to understand how the business runs and identify when numbers look incorrect
- Ability to discuss tradeoffs with non-data stakeholders
- Agricultural, environmental, or remote sensing data experience is a bonus
