About the role
- Content Creator producing platform-native vertical video and visual assets for Rethink, an independent creative agency. Capturing cultural moments and event content for client social channels.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm, concept, and manifest fresh creative ideas tailored for social channels
- Concept, shoot, and edit original platform-native vertical videos and visual assets, including Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
- Challenge conventional formats and push social creative boundaries
- Capture event content across brand partnerships
- Research audience behaviors, native platform mechanics, and fast-moving social visual trends
- Apply Rethink’s CRAFTS framework to maintain aesthetic and production standards across video and static social assets
- Manage post-production workflows, camera equipment, motion graphics, and audio editing independently
- Partner with Creative Directors, Social Strategists, and Community Managers to turn real-time ideas into published social content
- Participate in creative reviews, incorporate feedback, and strengthen the work
Requirements
- 4-6 years of content production, shooting, and editing experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating platform-first social content and mobile vertical video expertise
- Practical technical expertise with filming, audio, editing and upload
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and CapCut
