About the role
- Content Creator producing TikTok and Instagram video for Saje Natural Wellness, a natural wellness brand. Creating campaign and always-on content across social, email, eCommerce, and paid channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and conceptualize engaging content in partnership with Creative and other cross-functional teams
- Manage ongoing TikTok and Instagram content needs, including monthly “always-on” content and campaign content
- Create unique, thumb-stopping content that captures attention, drives engagement, and advances the brand
- Film, edit, and produce content using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and similar tools
- Appear on camera and support others appearing on camera for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts videos
- Coordinate freelance photographers, videographers, and other content creators as required
- Experiment with new content formats, trends, and creative approaches
- Participate in creative campaign shoots and develop behind-the-scenes and social-first assets
- Plan and produce regular in-store content aligned with brand, marketing, and social media objectives
- Analyze content performance with the Social Media Manager and optimize creative using engagement and platform metrics
- Contribute to creative brainstorming and content ideation for integrated marketing campaigns
- Contribute to Saje’s culture and maintain a positive environment
Requirements
- Experience working with lifestyle, wellness, beauty, or CPG brands
- Two years of experience creating social media content
- Proven expertise with TikTok and Instagram, including a strong understanding of platform trends, audience behaviour, algorithms, and high-performing content
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite or similar products
- Experience planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content across social media platforms
- Strong videography, photography, and video-editing skills, with an eye for composition, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Creative, innovative mindset with a keen awareness of lifestyle, beauty and social media trends
- Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and accountable, with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
- Familiarity with emerging social platforms, AI-assisted creative tools, and evolving content trends
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
