About the role
- CRM Manager running campaigns at international iGaming company, managing player lifecycle and improving engagement and retention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run CRM campaigns across the casino and sportsbook verticals;
- Manage the full player lifecycle, including activation, retention, and reactivation;
- Build and maintain player segments based on behavioral and transactional data, including casino activity, betting patterns, and deposit behavior;
- Develop personalized communications and offers for different player segments;
- Design and run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, and retention;
- Monitor campaign performance daily and regularly audit CRM activities;
- Track and analyze core CRM metrics and campaign contribution to GGR/NGR;
- Turn analysis into concrete actions and recommendations that improve CRM results across both verticals;
- Support the shift from manual campaigns to automated retention flows;
- Process and prioritize stakeholder requests based on business impact;
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and VIP teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience in iGaming (casino and/or sportsbook)
- Solid understanding of bonus mechanics and their economics, lifecycle funnels, and engagement strategies
- Proven track record in segmentation and personalized communication
- Hands-on experience with CRM automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills - able to pull actionable insights from large datasets and work confidently with core metrics
- Intermediate English.
