About the role

  • Regional Nursing Manager overseeing clinical and operational performance across Quebec clinics. Leading nurses, patient-support programs, quality compliance, and new clinic launches for Canadian healthcare provider Sentrex.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional performance of PerCuro clinics across Quebec and align operations with corporate and client strategic objectives
  • Monitor and manage P&L performance across assigned clinics
  • Support strategies enhancing clinical, operational, and financial performance
  • Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Manage chair utilization, clinic capacity, and supply usage to maximize resources and reduce waste
  • Provide in-person support for establishing new clinics, including equipment ordering and on-site setup
  • Directly manage, recruit, mentor, and develop a regional team of nurses
  • Develop nurse education, training, and clinic materials, including translation support
  • Foster high performance, accountability, and patient-centered care
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement individualized development plans
  • Ensure programs meet patient enrollment, service delivery, revenue, and other key metrics
  • Support nurses and resolve patient issues and service-related risks
  • Administer infusions and injections, provide local shift coverage, and offer enhanced clinical support as needed
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Oversee adherence to program materials, SOPs, guidance documents, and RACI charts
  • Drive adherence to the Quality Management System, including CAPAs, deviations, and client updates
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent
  • Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses / Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in healthcare or patient support programs
  • Proven experience managing nursing staff
  • Strong knowledge of infusion services, specialty medications, and patient support program operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to lead through change and manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and stakeholders
