Technical Business Analyst integrating SaaS vendors into Sherweb’s cloud marketplace. Assessing APIs, requirements, and platform changes to streamline onboarding and operations.
Responsibilities
Perform hands-on analysis for new and current product and service integrations with the marketplace platform and processes
Provide solutions that streamline new vendor onboarding and minimize operational impacts of changes to vendor offerings, APIs, or processes
Collaborate with product managers and operational and development teams across Platform, Finance, Support, Sales, and Marketing
Participate in technical and operational discussions with vendors and act as an SME for internal teams
Assess vendor integration feasibility and complexity
Elicit and document business needs and requirements from stakeholders for new and improved vendor integrations
Assist product managers in defining the reselling model
Conduct partner interviews and participate in escalation calls
Propose platform modifications to streamline vendor integrations and improve product acquisition experience
Participate in prioritizing integrations and platform modifications
Propose platform and process modifications to improve operational efficiency
Define success criteria and participate in acceptance testing
Work closely with development and operational delivery teams during integration
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, IT or equivalent experience
2-5 years of experience in product ownership, functional analysis, business analysis or product management
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
Experience within SaaS vendor or reseller ecosystem is considered an asset
Experience with Azure DevOps, Postman, Rest API's, Python, and/or Power Automate is considered and asset
Analytic mindset and ability to look at the big picture
